We are a service oriented technology driven Title Company providing a one stop shop for all your Title, Abstract, Settlement, Disbursement, and Real Estate questions. Our office is completely paperless with electronic work flow and real time reporting. We can open and close a file the same day.

Electronic recording is a new initiative, instituted by Counties in various states, which provides immediate recording of legal documents using the Internet. This new technology eliminates the need for 'wet' signature recording, and allows for improved efficiencies in the post settlement and pre title insurance policy process. Current document recording times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the county. Rejections are immediately corrected and resubmitted at no additional cost. We began our e-recording effort back on August 1, 2008. We are pleased to announce that it is has been a great success. Last month we were able to e-record 45% of our closed transactions. The list of counties embracing e-recording is growing. We will continue to update you as additional counties come available so that you, as our customer, might benefit from the efficiencies of electronic recording. |
